BRYAN FORD

  • Bryan Ford is an award-winning bread baker with Honduran roots and a New Orleans upbringing known for experimentation and innovation. Bryan infuses his passion for his Latin American culture into his recipes on his popular blog Artisan Bryan (artisanbryan.com) and Instagram (@artisanbryan). Viewed in over 170 countries, Ford is especially known for his sourdough pan de coco recipe, inspired by a traditional Honduran bread. Bryan is in demand throughout Latin America as a bakery consultant, sharing his love for using local, seasonal ingredients and adapting traditional baking techniques to make distinctive sourdough breads. He has helped bakeries in various Latin American countries including Panama, El Salvador, Honduras, and Colombia. Bryan also brings his expertise to the judge's table on Food Network's Chopped Sweets, offering insight and critique to the competing chefs.

    As a TV show host appearing on several major networks, Bryan brings his experience as talent and producer to Flaky Biscuit Media. He gives a unique viewpoint to the FBM family and to clients, as he understands both sides of the table and the best ways we can all work together.

BRIDGET KENNA

  • Bridget is a specialist in finding unique stories, interesting talent, and creating innovative formats. For over 10 years she has been developing, producing and editing lifestyle, documentary, and reality-based television for a variety of major networks. 

    It all started when Bridget landed an internship at the New York Mets Production Department while waiting tables to get her chance to get her foot in the door in the media industry. From there she gained valuable experience through positions at Follow Productions and their various lifestyle programs, to the fast-paced industry of daytime tv at “The Chew”, and “Dr. Oz”. After learning everything from promos, producing to post-production she yearned for some new scenery and fresh air, so she made her way out to Colorado to work at High Noon Entertainment and sunk her teeth in development and casting and then worked her way up to a VP of Development position at So Much Film. Seasoned in all stages of the production process, Bridget brings a comprehensive understanding of marketing campaigns, brand management and viewership analytics.

    As Co-Founder at Flaky Biscuit Media, Bridget continues to pursue her passion of creating compelling and delicious content.

 

LIZZIE FORD-MADRID

  • Lizzie Ford-Madrid is a writer and director born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, raised in New Orleans. Lizzie has a B.A. in Photojournalism from Loyola University New Orleans. She is a 2021 alumnus of the New Orleans Film Festival's Emerging Voices Fellowship, where she developed her series Token Empire with Co-creator Darren O'Brien. Her short film, Sonnet 95, re-imagined the Shakespeare sonnet as a 1940’s noir featuring an all African American cast, made in collaboration with The New York Shakespeare Exchange. Lizzie is also the Creative Director of the Artisan Bryan bakery blog, which won a 2019 Saveur Blog award.

CHRIS HAGAN

  • Chris is a director of photography with a background in sports journalism. He started by shooting LSU football games in Tiger Stadium as a college student and has covered a wide range events from the NBA and NFL playoffs to the Kentucky Derby. He continues to expand his work into documentary and music video content creation as well.
